Gut Health Mini Makeover

Service Description

I recognise that it is a difficult at times to find the time, energy and finances to make changes to the diet especially with busy schedules and other commitments and priorities. That’s why I have created a 30 minute Gut Health Mini Makeover coaching session. This is for people who are not ready to commit to a full consultation and personalised treatment plan at this stage, but want some `quick tips’ gut health advice to help get started in the right direction. During this 30 minute session I will offer proven diet and lifestyle recommendations for common digestive issues such as constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, gas, reflux and heartburn and if appropriate the recommendation of supportive supplements to help get you started on your healing journey. Please note that if you have a chronic, long term health condition then it is advisable to commit to a full 90 minute consultation as this will involve a more thorough investigation to help to identify the root cause of your health issue as well as clinical assessments, functional testing where appropriate and a personalised treatment plan and meal plan. These are not available with the 30 minute `quick fix' session. The cost of the mini makeover session is $65 for a 30 minute appointment. Appointments are available online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home or in person at Gate Pa Health Shop in Tauranga. Online appointments can be booked here. Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment (cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows will occur a 50% of the consultation fee charge). If you have paid for your consultation in advance and no longer can attend (provided 24 hours notice is given) you will be given a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee). Payment is due before or on the day of the consultation, If an internet connection issue prevents the online consultation from taking place, the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as is convenient for both client and practitioner (at no extra cost) Unfortunately, because of insurance restrictions, I am unable to work with clients in the USA or Canada.
