A free 15 minute appointment by phone, skype or zoom. A chance for you to ask me questions about what I offer and how I can help you. We briefly discuss your goals and health challenges and whether working with me is the right choice for you. Prefer face to face? Cancelation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment (cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows will occur a 50% of the consultation fee charge). If you have paid for your consultation in advance and no longer can attend (provided 24 hours notice is given) you will be given a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee). Payment is due before or on the day of the consultation, If an internet connection issue prevents the online consultation from taking place, the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as is convenient for both client and practitioner (at no extra cost)
