Service Description
Fertility nutrition consultations are designed to optimize reproductive health and support your journey towards parenthood. As a qualified and experienced fertility nutritionist, I employ a comprehensive holistic approach, helping you to identify the underlying root causes of your fertility challenges that may be impacting your ability to conceive. By conducting a thorough clinical assessment, I am able to provide a personalized and tailored diet, lifestyle and supplement plan that addresses your unique nutritional and wellbeing needs. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to make informed dietary choices that enhance your fertility and overall well-being. During the consultation, I look at diet, allergies, lifestyle, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, toxins and emotional and environmental factors. You will receive a personalised wellness plan to optimise fertility, which may include further testing and supplementation depending on your individual circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24-hour notice in the event that you need to cancel your appointment (cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows will occur a 50% of the consultation fee charge). If you have paid for your consultation in advance and no longer can attend (provided 24 hours notice is given) you will be given a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee). Payment is due before or on the day of the consultation, If an internet connection issue prevents the online consultation from taking place, the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as is convenient for both client and practitioner (at no extra cost) Unfortunately, because of insurance restrictions, I am unable to work with clients in the USA or Canada.
